Licensee states she will enroll in a training regarding personal rights and provide proof of registration within 24 hours. Licensee states she wants to ensure she has a better understanding of the various personal rights of the children Based on observations and interviews equipment is not being per manufacturer recommendation. Children are being put to sleep in car seats and chairs. Children observed in high chairs without meals which posed an immediate Health, Safety or Personal Rights risks to persons in care. for her knowledge as well as to be able to provide her knowledge of this to parents/caregivers when a parent is requesting something that is against the personal rights of the child in accordance with Licensing regulations.
