Director locked the cabinet and informed the staff verbally of the cabinet requiring the safety lock. Director states the next meeting is 4/28/26 and the regulation regarding cleaning solutions will be discussed and trained on. Based on observations, the facility did not ensure cabinet containing cleaning solutions was locked, which posed a potential Health, Safety or Personal Rights risks to persons in care. Director will send the sign in sheet for all staff in atttendance and the agenda to include the topic. 101700.3(b)(1) · Written Directives per AB2370: A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. This requirement is not met as evidenced by Director reported, kitchen faucet in exceedance was replaced, and posted a "Do not use" sign until the results in the retest are lower than the exeedance level. Director also stated that they are providing bottled water for the children. Based on water testing results and interviews, facility tested over the Lead Exceedance level at the kitchen sink faucet measuring at 28.0 ppb. Director stated the faucet has been used to fill filtered Brita water pitchers and provided the water to children in the past.
