Ms. Patzold stated that all 3 staff who were in charge of the room that day were dismissed immediately. She is scheduled to meet with her staff tonight 11/30/2022. Part of her agenda is to discuss visual supervision of children at all times. Based on the self-reported incident report and interview with Site Director Anne Patzold, 2 preschool children were left behind the enclosed playground without adult supervision for approximately 13 minutes. The child was brought back into her classroom approximately six mintues later at 8:24am.
