  Licensee states she will submit her boyfriend criminal record clerance and TB test by 7/11/2025 . Licensee states than in the future she will ensure all adults who work reside or have a prominent presence in the facility is finger printed cleared and associated prior to their presence int he home. Based on observation and interview the licensee did not comply with regulation since she has had her boyfriend an uncleared adult living with her home for the past 3 weeks which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety and personal rights to persons in care.
