The Assistant Director is going to conduct a zoning and supervision training, staff will watch the Supervising Children in Child Care Centers on CCLD website, Active Supervision and Outside Play - Based on documentation, video footage and interviews, the facility staff did not comply with the section cited above, as a child was left unattended on the playground for approximately 6 minutes before staff noticed the child on the playground. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to persons in care.
