101238.2(g) · 101238.2 Outdoor Activity Space (g) The playground shall be enclosed by a fence to protect children and to keep them in the outdoor activity area. The fence shall be at least four feet high.
Licensee will remove fence and old equipment permanently by 11/22/21. Licensee will send pics of corrections to LPA Lane via e-mail. Keturah.Lane@dss.ca.gov Children are not to use "big playground" until hazards have been fixed. Based upon LPA observation, the fence has an area that has sharp metal & accessible to children as well as a gap between the wall and fence where a child could squeeze by. The other side of the playground not in use is not fully enclosed by a fence and potenetially accessible to children. This is a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
