Director stated the outlet has not been in use since March 2022. Facility immediately posted the results at the facility on 10/21/22, 24 hours of receipt of the testing results. Since receiving the results, the facility Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, 2 Bubbler Water Fountains outlets tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses a Potential Health and Safety risk to children in care. has removed all outlets that had Action Level exceedances effective 10/28/22.
