Licensee called the parents of three daycare children for immeadiate pick up from facility. Additionally, Licensee stated that she will watch Department videos on Capacity and Ratio and will adhere to capacity regulations going forward. Based on LPA observations and interviews, Licensee did not ensure that facility was operating within capacity limits, by caring for nine children of which four are infants, which poses an immediate health, and safety risk to persons in care.
