Director Christy Novoa stated that they have not been using the water faucets D for drinking or food prep and they will be replacing the faucets D and E. Based on testing report and interview, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as two out of six of the water outlets located at Site D and E tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE).
