During the inspection, the staff had the sleep sacks removed. The director also notified parents that sleep sacks are not allowed at the facility. Based on observations, the facility did not comply with the section above in that five (5) infants were observed to be napping while wearing sleep sacks which poses a potential risk to the children in care.
