Director and Assistant Director stated that C1 has been removed from the program and can't return until C1 has an aide. They will also provide a staff training on supervision and how to respond in case a child were to elope. They will provide the meeting agenda and sign in sheet by the due date. Based on interviews conducted, C1 eloped the facility and went to their grandparent's house. S1 followed C1, but lost sight of them approximately 450 feet away from their grandparent's house. This poses an immediate risk to the safety and health of the children in care.
