  Facility will conduct a staff meeting that will include strategies to speak to children in an apporpriate manner that will include role playing. Based on interviews conducted, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as there is sufficient evidence that the allegation of staff yelled at daycare child has occured. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Facility will submit the agenda of the staff meeting that will include the staff acknowledging that the staff meeting occured. Agenda with staff acknowledgment will be emailed to LPA Tapia-Mandujano by April 17th, 2026
