During this inspection, Ms. Gunn stated Ms. Gloria Delgado is the Center Coordinator (Site Director) for this facility and the preschool program located on this property. Ms. Gunn and Ms. Delgado agreed to submit an updated LIC500 and agrees to have Ms. Delgado complete Child Care Center Orientation by 09/23/2021. Based on a review of facility records, the facility did not provide a completed Director's packet for Interim DHS Director, Deborah Gunn and Center Coordinator, Gloria Delgado. This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.

101216(f) · Personnel Requirements. (f) At least one staff member who is trained in pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866 shall be present when children are at the child care center or offsite for center activities.
During this inspection, Ms. Gunn agreed to provide proof of completed CPR/First Aid training for Gloria Delgado by 10/11/2021. During this inspection, LPAs verified CPR/First Aid for opening and closing teachers. Ms. Gunn and Ms. Delgado agreed to submit an updated LIC500 by 09/15/2021 and agrees to identify the opening and clolsing teachers at the facility. Based on a review of facility records, Ms. Gunn did not have proof of completed CPR/First Aid on file. Ms. Delgado and Ms. Sinohui have completed CPR/First Aid, however the completed training is not EMSA or American Red Cross certified.
