At the time of this inspection a staff person was not present who had current training in pediatric CPR/First aid which meet the requirements of Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866. On line training does not meet the requirements of Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
