101229(a)(1) · Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... Supervision shall include visual observation. Director stated a training will be held regarding care and supervision. Director will submit a outline of the topic discussed and a list of those in attendance. Director also stated that new door alarms will be installed on front doors. Based on staff interviews it was determined that there was a lack of supervision.
