  102370(d)(1) · Criminal Record Clearance (d) All individuals subject to a criminal record review pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 shall prior to working, residing, or volunteering in a licensed facility: (1) Obtain a California clearance.

  Licensee will have Shantrice attempt to obtain fingerprint clearance through Department's Guardian system and keep Shantrice out of home until they have obtained Clearance. Licensee will send proof of the attempt to obtain fingerprint clearance to LPA by 13 March 2026. Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having Shantrice Hall in the home providing childcare without a fingerprint clearance from the Department which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

  Licensee will send Assistant's valid CPR certificate to LPA by email by 12 April 2026. Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having assistants provide childcare alone without proof of valid CPR certificates at facility, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
