Licensee will adjust all the classroom schedules to not use the yard mid-day when there's no shade outside. DGS also provided canpoies outside in the Toddler yard. Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when C1 sustained burns on both palms and forearms, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
