Licensee will track name to face children through sign-in and out app. Licensee will include this in the one-on-one meeting with each staff and will email LPA a signed copy by the POC due date. Based on interviews, LPA learned that a preschool child was left outside on the preschool ramp by themselves for about a minute. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
