Director will email LPA Vang a sign agenda and cleaning list with staff's signatures on it by the POC due date. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by failing to keep the odor spray bottle, sunscreens, and creams on the countertop of the changing diaper in whcih was accessible to children. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
