101804(b)(2) · Care for Toddlers within a Licensed Preschool Center (b)(2) A ratio of six children to each teacher shall be maintained for all children in attendance in the toddler component.
Director will submit a staff schedule showing the Toddler Component room within ratio at all times, when staff are on breaks. LPA will return to clear the POC. Based on observations and interviews the Licensee did not comply with section above, when LPA observed 8 toddlers in the Toddler Component room supervised by 1 fully qualified staff member.
