101230(b)(1) · (b) All children shall be given an opportunity to nap or rest without distraction or disturbance from other activities at the center. (1) A napping space and a cot or mat shall be available for each child under the age of five.
Facility will create a schedule that includes a rest time and send a picture of schedule to LPA by POC date. Based on observation and interview the facility did not comply with the regulation by not having a rest time provided without distraction and disturbances and not having mats available for the children under age 5.
