Director had the uncleared adult leave the facility immediately. Director stated the uncleared adult will not return to facility until they have been cleared through the guardian background system and have an eligible clearance or exemption. Deficiency cleared at time of visit. Based on observation, interview, and record review, the facility did not ensure compliance with the section cited above by having an uncleared adult working at the facility, which poses an immediate Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
