Director will conduct personal rights trainings to help staff use appropriate disciplining, when working with challenging bahaviors of children in care. Director will submit signed agenda of the trainings to LPA by POC due date of 6/23/2025. Based on observations of the video clip, interviews, and a record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above by having an incident where Staff #1 handled a child in a rough manner when grabbing C1's hands to remove the sticker and toys, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
