Director will submit a plan to the LPA demostrating that use of the outlets in question will permanently cease, or the outlets will be replaced. Center will also notify parents about what has been done to date (e.g. signs, plans to replace outlets, etc). Based on record review the facility did not comply with the above regulation as the lead action level was exceeded in three water outlets, which poses Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
