Multiple staff disclosures were made that different children, from Per Director, Children are currently eating in their own classrooms. Per Director, will have a Staff Training regarding COVID-19 current guidance. DIrector will submit meeting Agenda/notes and staff signatures via email by the due date of 8/6/2021. different classrooms, eat together in the “Breakfast Room.” Licensee did not follow Dept. of Public Health's guidance to separate the stable groups, mixing the cohorts of children, during the COVID-19 pandemic. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. LPA Gontarek assisted Director in setting up emails to receive Provider Information Notices (PINs) and assisted in navigating through LA County Department of Public Health's website for guidances.
