102416.5(e) · STAFFING RATIO & CAPACITY If no assistant provider is present at a Large Family Child Care Home, then the licensee shall comply with the capacity requirements for a Small Family Child Care Home as specified in subsections (b) and (c). Licensee stated she will make sure there are two adults present at all times when there are more than 8 children present. Licensee wrote a statement explaining her plan and gave to LPA at time of inspection.

Licensee was returning from an appointment and one of her assistants left before she returned, leaving one assistant alone with 12 children. This is an immediate risk to children Deficiency cleared at time of inspection. LPA gave & explained to licensee form LIC 9224 at time of inspection
