    101223(a) · PERSONAL RIGHTS The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion, threat, mental abuse or other actions of a punitive nature including but not limited to: interference with functions of daily living including eating, sleeping or toileting; or withholding of shelter, clothing, medication or aids to physical functioning. The Director stated they will staff to have child shadowed one on one. If child continues to bite then possible termination will take place. .

Staff have been present during the biting, however the staff was unable to intervene to prevent the bite and the child has continued to bit other children. A preventative plan has not been put in place to prevent the child from biting. This is an immediate risk to a child. LPA reviewed and gave director the LIC 9224 at time of inspection.
