101223(2) · Personal Rights:To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This deficiency was corrected immediately when the facility addressed the incident the same day with staff responsible for changing the child's diaper. Facility owners held a staff meeting about the importance of regular scheduled diaper changes as well as needed diapering.
On 1/5/22, C1 was left in a wet/soiled diaper for several hours. This is an immediate health and safety risk to children in care if not corrected Owner Emily will submit an agenda of the training and staff signatures of those who attended. This shall be done by 3/16/22.
