Staff 1 also used inappropriate language in the prescene of children in care during a verbal altercation with a parent. This posed an immediate threat to the health and safety of children in care rights training. A description of the training and signatures from staff who completed the training will be sent to LPA by 04/10/2026.

  101229(a)(1) · Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision. (a)The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1) Staff will complete training on supervision of children. Facility will create an action plan on how they plan to address children that attempt to leave the facility or leave site of staff. Supervision shall include visual observation.
