Facility will submit proof of notification to parent for the injury report and develop procedures to ensure parents are notified timely per Title 22 CCR regulations by POC due date. Based on interviews conducted the facility did not notify or provide documentation to the parent of child hurting their hand when picked up from the center. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care. Deficient Practice Statement Based on [(observation) the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the facility thermostat was at 60 degrees upon arrival which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
