Cleaners removed from the shelf and made inaccessible to a top cabinet during this visit. Facility will send proof (picture) of secured (locked cabinet) to the department by POC due date. Based on LPA and Director's direct observation upon LPA arrival, 3 cleaners in bottles were observed on children shelf accessible to 13 children in care. The bottles had keep out of reach and corrosive on labels.This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
