Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPA observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in at 3:32 PM LPA S. Brewer, observed hygiene products and cleaning supplies in the children's restroom medicine cabinet and under the restroom vanity, and in the garage, which were not locked or latched. At 4:06 PM LPA observed items stored under the kitchen sink, such as Raid insect/bug killers and miscellaneous cleaning supplies, which were not locked and which poses a immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 102370(c)(2) · 102370(c)(2) Criminal Record Clearance (2) The licensee shall submit these fingerprints to the California Department of Justice along with a second set of fingerprints for the purpose of searching the records of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or comply with Section 102370(j) prior to the individual's employment, residence, or initial presence in the child care home. Licensee will submit proof of clearance for S1 to the Department. Licensee will submit a written statement on implementing at all times CCR 102370(c)(2) Criminal Record Clearance by POC due date 4/13/22. This is a repeat violation, a civil penalty has been assessed for 1,000.00. Based upon LPA direct observation the facility did not meet the section above in that that there is a 3rd adult living in the home not fingerprint cleared or associated to the facility. Licensee will also have excluded adult move out and provide proof of address to the Department by 04/07/22. Based upon LPA interviews the facility did not meet the section above in that there are 2 adults living in the home not associated to the facility and one adult is excluded.
