Deficient Practice Statement Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as licensee did not ensure multiple hazardous items, including lotions, medicines, and cleaning compounds, were inaccessible to children which poses an immediate safety risk to children in care. Deficient Practice Statement Based on observations and interview conducted, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPAs observed a child (C1) sleeping in a bouncer upon entry into the facility which was requested to be used and provided by C1’s parent.
