Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a pesticide glue trap was accessible on the floor near classroom exit door. The glue trap has a warning label that states "Keep Out of the Reach" of children. There were no children in the vicinity of the trap during the observation, therefore this is a Type B citation.
