(1) If the licensee denies a parent or authorized representative the right to enter Personal Rights risk to the children in care. Licensees agree to submit a written statement that they understand the regulation. Licensee agrees to create separate files for each parent/legal guardian and keep communication separate. and inspect the family child care home or retaliates against any child or any child’s parent or authorized representative, the Department shall issue the licensee a warning citation.
