Licensee returned to the facility within 15 minutes of the beginning of the inspection and immediately separated the children... Based on observations, interviews conducted, and records reviewed, LPA observed five school-age children present outside with six preschoolers upon entry into the facility and all children were eating lunch outside together during the visit which poses an immediate safety risk to children in care. ...during lunch.
