Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During inspection LPA observed stained floors in boys and girls restroom. Due to the stains the restrooms, each area is releasing strong odors of urine. LPA advised licensee that floors would have to be replaced.
