  During today's visit Director barricaded a corner of the fairy room. Director will hire another staff member to be present during transiton times and Director will meet with staff and discuss providing 100% supervision at all times. Owner will send agenda of meeting with staff signatures to LPA.   During today's visit Director barricaded a portion of the fairy room. Director will hire a qualified teacher to help cover transition time. Per Director, she has hired one employee that will work part time from 8:30am to 12:30pm. Director will have a meeting with staff regarding providing 100% direct supervision and will email LPA agenda with staff signatures and will submit an update LIC500 with new staff names and work schedules. Based on observation, LPA observed two children playing in the far-left corner of the fairy room without 100% direct supervision by Director. During visit LPA also observed Director walking into kitchen area leaving children unsupervised in multipurpose room and fairy room. This poses an immediate health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
