Licensee agrees to remove all private school materials, equipment, and supplies from the licensed preschool classroom to ensure the space is used exclusively for the preschool program. Prohibit RHLS school staff from entering or accessing the licensed preschool classroom for any purpose, unless they have a fingerprint clearance associated to the facility. Based on observation and interviews, the licensed preschool classroom (Wildcats) continues to be used for storage and access by the Riviera Hall Lutheran School (RHLS), which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. Additionally will submit a written statement of how compliance will be maintained, including any internal policies or supervision measures implemented to ensure the licensed space remains dedicated solely to the preschool program.
