During today's visit Director provided email from child’s family following conversation with LPA’s regarding expiration date. The letter from Child’s 1 Physician, dated 7/29/2024, states Childs 1’s “is no longer allergic to peanuts. Based on observation and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in having an expired Epinephrine injectior 10/18/2024, which poses an potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
