    Facility agrees to submit a statement of understanding on the importance of obtaining written consent from parents/authorized representatives in the event that they change their mind and request photos for their children in care. The course of the investigation revealed that the facility posted pictures of the subject child on social media channels, when they did not have written consent, according to the signed admission agreement. The facility stated that they did recieve a verbal request for photos on the TLE app. Facility also agrees to provide all parents/authorized representatives who have requested photos verbally, with a updated permission form that grants the facility photo consent in writing.
