Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and record review, the facility did not comply with the above regulation as LPAs observed three infants, without Individual Infant Sleeping Plans (LIC9227) on file, to be sleeping on their stomachs. Due to there being no LIC9227s on file, LPAs could not verify that children could roll of their own accord and that they were not placed on their stomachs by staff which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
