    Based on observation the LPA observed wasp and hornet killer spray unlocked but behind a closed door and high on the top of cabinet This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The Site Supervisor immediately removed the wasp and hornet killer and placed it in the cabinet and locked the door.
