Director will provide LPA Sims with a copy of the facility's transition policy/ procedure signed by all staff by 10/10/25. Facility staff will also review CCLD superivison video provided by LPA Sims and send statement acknowledging that staff will comply with supervision requirments. Based on interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one count of C1 being left alone on the playground which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
