    Based on observations and interviews the director did not ensure the personal rights of children in care in that 3 staff and 13 of children in care did not wear face coverings while in the facility, as required by the Order of the State Public Health Officer (June 11, 2021), and an individual face covering exception did not apply. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care The director agrees to immediately require the wearing of masks when required by state or local mandates. The director agrees to train the staff on the Governor’s update heath guidance and follow local jurisdiction requirements if more restrictive then the state guidance. The licensee will send to CCL a training log including date of training; topics covered and signatures of staff to CCL by 3/11/22.
