Site Supervisor will hold staff meeting and Review child C1's paperwork on how to handle C1's behavior. Staff will also review regualtions 101223(a)(3). All staff will sign statement acknowleding they udnerstand and will comply with the regualtions and C1's beahvior plans. Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, by staff S1 pulling C1 by the wrist which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
