This area is not gated off, but the chidlren in the home are less than 5 years old and are unable to reach. Additionally, LPA observed multiple hand sanitizers and a "Clorox" toilet bowl cleaning solution in the on-limits restroom. Although this is being downgraded to a Type B due to their being a latch and step stool blocking off the area in the on limits restroom, and children being unable to reach items in the kitchen, this still poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
