LPA reminded Director of criminal record clearance requirements. Director agreed to have S1 complete a Live Scan and will provide LPA with a completed copy of the Live Scan form by close of business on 03/02/2026. Based on observation, interview conducted, and records reviewed, the director did not comply with the section cited above as it was revealed S1 has been working at the facility since 02/18/2025 without obtaining a criminal record clearance or exemption which poses an immediate safety risk to children in care. Director understands S1 cannot return to the facility until a criminal record clearance or exemption is obtained. A civil penalty of $500 is being assessed and provided.
