Director will also review Personal Rights and provide training materials to LPA by POC due date. Director did not comply with the section cited above as interviews and witness statements revealed that on at least one occasion, staff and parents/guardians observed a staff member yelling at children to have them comply with classroom rules, which poses an immediate Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
