Assistant Director Sara Jordan states individual meetings will be held with S1 and S2 today. Follow up meeting will be held 10/28/24 with Linda Jordan. All staff training will be held on 10/30/24. Personal rights will be reviewed with staff. Montessori training communication Based on observation and interview the regulation was violated which posed a potential Personal Rights risks to persons in care.
